Do you service chillers and chilled water systems?
Yes. Chilled water systems are common in auditoriums, larger schools, and other big buildings. They involve a chiller, pumps, piping, and air handlers working together, and a problem in one part shows up everywhere else. We install, repair, and maintain chillers and chilled water systems.
How often should commercial HVAC equipment be serviced?
Most commercial systems should be serviced at least twice a year — cooling equipment before summer and heating equipment before winter. What licenses do you hold?
We hold Texas air conditioning and refrigeration contractor license TACLA10548C, and we're an authorized Lennox and Carrier dealer. Our plumbing work is led by a licensed master plumber (#12628) with a medical gas endorsement, and we hold three TCEQ septic licenses. That lets one company handle a building's heating and cooling, plumbing, gas piping, and commercial refrigeration.
